Premal Pawar is a seasoned software craftsman with over 15 years of experience specializing in Java, microservices, and backend development. They began their career as a Trainee at KIT Solution Pvt. Ltd. and progressed through various roles at notable companies, including JioHealthHub, where they served as Deputy General Manager. Premal has demonstrated expertise in leading design phases, integrating vendor systems, and mentoring development teams while continuously seeking to enhance their skills as a lifelong learner. They hold an MCA in Computer Application from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a B.Sc in Computer Science from MB Patel College of Education.
