Ramesh Nair

Ramesh Nair is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Performance and Rewards at Jio since September 2016, Ramesh has previously held multiple HR roles at Reliance Retail Ltd, including Deputy Manager positions in HR and Compensation and Benefits, from 2010 until February 2023. Prior to that, Ramesh worked as an HR professional at Spectranet Ltd. and Reliance Retail, accumulating valuable expertise in human resources.
