Sameer Mehta

Sameer Mehta is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in technology and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Jio since July 2011, Sameer leads the Jio Enterprise Platforms and Software business and played a key role in the core launch team of Jio Infocomm, overseeing numerous critical product launches. Prior experience includes a position as Head of IT at Hitachi Payment Services Pvt Ltd, where Sameer established and managed comprehensive IT infrastructure, and an Assistant Manager role at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Limited, focusing on IT operations for core lending applications. Sameer holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech, M.Tech) in Modelling and Simulation from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has also studied Business Administration and Management at Harvard Business School.
