Samit Baram

Samit Baram is currently serving as the Enterprise State Care Lead at Jio, where they manage critical operational services. Previously, Samit held the position of Senior Manager at Tata Communications Transformation Services from 2019 to 2024, overseeing the implementation of key governance modules and operational support across India. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience in project management and customer support through roles at companies including Tata Teleservices, Wipro, and Bharti Airtel Limited. Samit began their career in customer support at TTML, where they supervised telecommunications installations and maintenance.
