Adam V.

Adam V. is an experienced operations and performance leader with a background in data management and customer service. Currently serving as Head of Operations & Performance (HESA) at Jisc since January 2022, Adam V. oversees the Liaison and Training team and contributes to the data collection and statistics functions. Prior to this role, Adam V. was the Liaison & Operations Manager at the Higher Education Statistics Agency for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included supporting higher education institutions with data collection and managing related projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Billing Administrator and Microtricity Team Leader at Ecotricity, focusing on customer billing and team leadership, along with early work as a volunteer in furniture recycling and a cashier. Adam V. holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of York.
