Andrew West

Andrew West is an experienced HR professional specializing in reward and benefits management. Currently serving as a Reward & Benefits Consultant at Jisc since June 2022 and as an HR Analyst at Circle Health Group since January 2021, Andrew has a solid foundation in compensation strategies and staff benefits. Prior to these roles, Andrew was the Head of Reward at BOC UK & Ireland, where responsibilities included managing a team that handled compensation and benefits packages, implementing global grading structures, and reviewing health and wellbeing offerings. Andrew's career began as a Personnel Assistant/Adviser at CfBT, followed by various HR roles at the Royal College of Nursing, where strategic reward management was a key focus. Andrew holds a BA in French & Business Studies from the University of East Anglia and an Advanced Certificate in Reward Management from CIPD, supplemented by education at the University of West London.
