Caren Milloy

Caren Milloy is a seasoned professional in the field of licensing and collections management, currently serving as Director of Licensing and Deputy Director at Jisc since January 2010. With a focus on delivering high-quality services to members, Caren oversees negotiations, research, and communication efforts, while managing a team that includes the Head of Licensing, a Senior Research Manager, and a Digital Content Writer. Prior to this role, Caren held the position of Head of Projects at Jisc Collections, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing significant research projects, such as the OAPEN-UK project. Caren also has experience as Senior Collections Manager and Jisc national e-books observatory project manager at JISC Collections from December 2003 to December 2009. Caren holds a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from Lancaster University, completed between 1998 and 2001.
