Carl Vincent

Carl Vincent has extensive experience in data management and customer service within the educational sector, currently serving as Enterprise Data Manager at Jisc since January 2015, where responsibilities include the establishment and management of an organization-wide contact point for users. Prior to this role, Carl held various positions at Jisc Netskills from July 1997 to December 2014, including Service Manager, where oversight of customer service and technical operations for JiscMail was essential, and Systems Manager, focusing on the development of IT systems. Carl began professional career as a Programmer & Systems Administrator.
