Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown is an experienced product manager currently working at Jisc since February 2009, focusing on open research services and leading the UK ORCID Consortium and persistent identifier projects. Christopher has held various roles at Jisc, including Senior Co-design Manager, where responsibilities included collaborating with universities and organizations to advance open research initiatives, and Programme Manager for Research, managing multiple significant programs and over 40 funded projects. Prior experience includes serving as User Community Liaison Team Leader at OMII-UK, Senior Software Engineer at Dunstan Thomas, and IT Consultant at Zurich Financial Services, along with technical leadership roles at Rio Tinto.
