Dan Hughes

Dan Hughes currently serves as the Digital Leadership and Culture Programme Lead at Jisc, where responsibilities include delivering advice, guidance, and training focused on digital leadership and transformation. Previously, Dan held various roles at the University of Birmingham, including People and Organisational Development Trainer, where implementation of inclusive team-building and management training occurred, and College Project Officer, which involved project catalyst duties in the College of Arts and Law. Additionally, Dan was an Assistant Team Manager, overseeing process reviews and digitisation efforts. Earlier experience includes teaching Religious Education at Moseley School and serving as a Postgraduate Student Records Assistant at the University of Birmingham. Dan holds a Master's degree in Christian Theology from Anglia Ruskin University, a PGCE in Religious Education from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from the same institution.
