Deborah Baff

Deborah Baff is a Digital Leadership and Culture Subject Specialist at Jisc, where they lead the Digital Leaders Programme. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, Deborah has previously served as the Membership and Professional Development Manager at the Association for Learning Technology and held key roles at various universities, including Project Manager for Open Educational Resources at the University of South Wales. They are currently pursuing a part-time PhD in E-Research and Technology Enhanced Learning at Lancaster University. Deborah is recognized as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Certified Online Learning Facilitator, and a Certified Member of the Association for Learning Technology.
