Emma O'Connell

Emma O'Connell currently serves as the Deputy Director of Customer Engagement and previously held the position of Head of Marketing Planning at Jisc since February 2021. Prior to this, Emma O'Connell accumulated extensive experience in marketing roles at the University of the West of England, from August 2009 to December 2020, including positions such as Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy, Head of Marketing, and Senior Marketing Manager. Emma O'Connell's earlier career includes roles at UWE Bristol Business School, The Open University, and Taste of the West. Emma O'Connell holds an MA in Marketing, an ILM Diploma in Management, an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from CIM, and a BA(Hons) in Psychology from the University of Exeter.
