Fiona Salzen

Fiona Salzen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, audit, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance & Treasury Committee at Jisc, as well as an independent member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, Fiona also holds a position as a member of the Court at the University of Strathclyde. In her role as Board Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee at the British Council, Fiona is also a member of the Audit and Finance and Risk Committees. Additionally, Fiona mentors Charity CEOs through the Kilfinnan Trust and has worked as an Independent Consultant and Business Adviser at the University of Edinburgh Business School. Past roles include Trustee Director and Chair of the Finance & Governance Committee at Queen's Hall, NED at Venture Mor Ltd, and Partner in Corporate Finance at Deloitte, where Fiona provided advisory services on various transactions. Fiona holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from The University of Edinburgh and is a member of ICAEW.
