Janette Hillicks

Janette Hillicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in higher education and data analytics. Since January 2015, Janette has been serving as the Communities Engagement and Training Manager (Data Analytics) at Jisc, contributing to various roles including Service Manager and Senior Co-Design Manager. Prior to that, Janette worked at JISC infoNet as a Researcher/Analyst from April 2003 to December 2014. Janette’s earlier career includes significant roles at Northumbria University, where contributions ranged from the implementation of the Oracle Student System to project coordination. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Northumbria University, a PG Certificate in Professional Practice from the Open University, and a Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring in Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
