Jayne Davies

MD, Customer & Sales Enablement at Jisc

Jayne Davies is the Managing Director, Customer & Sales Enablement at Jisc. Jayne lead the non-member customer teams that sell products and services to adjacent markets and support the revenue-generating aspect of Jisc. This includes e-infrastructure products and services, the global OpenAthens business, supporting SSO for libraries across the world, and the trust and identity business.

Her directorate is also responsible for sales and member enablement across all four of the sectors – HE, FE, research, and customer, putting them at the heart of the organization and supporting their shared vision of technology for good.

Jayne joined Jisc in April 2020 but has worked in education technology her whole career. For the first 25 years, she worked for RMplc supporting technical services in primary and secondary schools.

Her roles have always been commercially focused with a bias towards account management. She always put the customer at the heart of decisions and actions, customer centricity and member centricity fuel them and it is great to work for an organization so focused on delivering real outcomes for technology in education and research.
