Kim Barker

Kim Barker is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Jisc since June 2023. Kim has a diverse background in HR roles, including positions such as PA to Regional Director at Outcomes First Group, HR Officer at Swancote Foods, and Interim HR Manager at Telford College of Arts & Technology. Previous roles also include various interim HR positions at ArcelorMittal and Lefroy Brooks Midland, along with HR Business Partner roles at Faccenda Group and Ovivo Water. Kim began a career with Greggs as a Supplies People Manager after obtaining an LLB Hons in Law from the University of Wolverhampton.
