Lisa Vincent has extensive experience in cloud operations management and project services, serving in various leadership roles at Jisc since January 2015, including Director of Cloud and Head of Cloud Operations. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Collaboration Services Manager and JiscMail Operations Manager at Jisc Netskills from May 2001 to December 2014, and held positions at Clapham Marquees and Fresh Radio early in her career. Lisa started in public service with North Yorkshire County Council as a Pensions Assistant. Lisa holds a BA in English from Teesside University, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
