Mark H.

Mark H. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business operations, project management, and data analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations and Data Projects at Jisc since March 2015, Mark oversees a dynamic team focused on data analytics. Previous roles include Analytics Contracts Manager and Co-Design Project Manager at Jisc, where responsibilities involved client engagement and managing a multi-million pound project to enhance student outcomes in UK higher education. Prior to Jisc, Mark held positions at the V&A Museum, Parliamentary Digital Service, The Lancet, and several other organizations, demonstrating a strong capability in managing teams and delivering complex projects. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology from the Polytechnic of East London.
