Matthew Townsend

Matthew Townsend is a Senior AI Specialist at Jisc with over 30 years of experience in the Higher Education sector, serving as an academic, IT specialist, and business analyst. They have worked at Cardiff University as a Lecturer from 1993 to 2016 and later held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Digital Education Manager.
