Neil Shewry

Neil Shewry is an experienced professional in network management and governance, currently serving on the TNC26 and TNC25 Programme Committees for GÉANT since January 2024. In addition, Neil has held the position of Director of Networks at Jisc since January 2017, and has been actively involved with William Fletcher Primary School as Chair of Governors since September 2020. Neil’s governance experience extends to serving on the Board of Governors for The Scouts starting September 2024, and participating as a delegate in the Global Leadership Development Programme in 2024. Previous roles include Media Manager for Oxford City Stars Ice Hockey Club and various project management positions at Janet from 2006 to 2016. Neil Shewry holds a BSc in Computer Science from Swansea University.
