Patrick Bellis

Patrick Bellis has extensive experience in operations and delivery within the education sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Delivery, Customer and Sector Enablement at Jisc since January 2015. Prior roles at Jisc include Deputy Director for Member Operations and Insight, and Deputy Director of Operations, focusing on sector operations and member engagement. Prior to Jisc, Patrick held various positions at Northumbria University from 1995 to 2014, including Director of Jisc infoNet, Senior Adviser, and Senior Analyst Programmer, significantly contributing to strategic development and the effective use of technology in higher education. Earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at the University of Exeter, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Statistics from the same institution.
