Paula Keys

Paula Keys serves as the Executive Director of Planning, Performance and Transformation at the University of South Wales, a position held since September 1993, where contributions include leading institutional planning, performance monitoring, and strategy implementation. As Chair of the South East Wales Reaching Wider Strategy Board and a member of various boards and groups, including JISC and the Higher Education Strategic Planners Association, Paula actively engages in enhancing higher education across regions. Previous roles encompass significant project leadership in the Vice Chancellor's Office, overseeing student growth initiatives, and managing administrative functions with substantial budget responsibilities. Paula holds a Distinction in MSc in Management (Higher Education Management) from Loughborough University and a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Glamorgan.
