Val Keay

Val Keay is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Firefly Wellness since March 2025, Val focuses on empowering high-functioning women to navigate work-life challenges and reclaim their well-being. Previously, Val held the position of Marketing Business Partner at Jisc since September 2014 and served as Marketing Manager at Ecoegg Ltd from July 2013 to August 2014, where responsibilities included enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement for eco-friendly products. Other notable roles include National Events Manager at Together for Short Lives and Marketing Manager at GE Capital, where Val developed marketing strategies and communication plans. Val holds a BA Hons in Business Studies & Marketing from the University of the West of England.
