Amit Ross

Amit Ross has worked in the IT industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an IT Global Service Desk Representative at Verint-Systems, where they were responsible for direct end-user technical support and for excellent customer service. Amit was also responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a range of software, hardware and network issues, as well as working and writing detailed documents in both English and Hebrew. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Backend Developer at Compie Technologies, where they were responsible for developing backend applications for various clients and contributed to all phases of the product development life cycle. Amit also developed features in a highly distributed environment using message brokers. Most recently, Amit has been working as a Full Stack Developer at Cisco since 2019, where they design and implements performant, scalable, and distributed web services, builds cross-project reusable libraries for internal use, and creates and maintains custom CI/CD pipelines for code deployment. Amit is currently employed as a Full Stack Developer at Jit - MVS for developers, a position they have held since 2022.

Amit Ross obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2014 and 2017.
