Yoed Grizim

Yoed Grizim is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Jit, where they are responsible for driving engineering excellence. They previously held positions such as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Axonius, where they managed backend development processes, mentored teams, and expanded engineering capabilities across multiple regions. With a strong background in autonomous robotics at BG Robotics and co-founding Pozidrone, which was acquired by Aeronautics Group, Yoed has consistently demonstrated expertise in scaling teams and implementing agile methodologies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
