Bobby Powers

Bobby Powers is an experienced Learning and Development Director, writer, and speaker, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Jitasa. With over a decade of expertise in managing teams and training managers, Bobby has held key roles at organizations like The Block and Gravity Payments, where they developed employee training programs and improved company culture. Bobby is also an accomplished writer with over 140 published articles and a significant following on Medium. They have a Master’s degree from Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management and have served as a Teacher’s Assistant and Student Body President during their academic career.
