Will Au

William Au has over three decades of experience in the technology industry, starting as a Systems Analyst at KeyCorp in 1988. William then moved on to roles such as IT Manager at Model N, IT Director at Cast Iron Systems, DevOps Manager at IBM for Integration & API Management, and Platform DevOps Manager for IBM Middleware. Currently, they are serving as the Sr. Director of DevOps, Operations, and Site Reliability Engineering at Jitterbit, where they focus on service integration, API transformation, continuous deployment, and microservices auto-scaling and recovery. Throughout their career, William has demonstrated expertise in reducing costs, building stable systems, and inspiring teams to innovate and improve processes.

William Au completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Accounting at Case Western Reserve University in 1992. William then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1996.
