JITWO is the operating brand of Just in Time Workforce Management Inc., a Workforce Management as a Service provider built for complex enterprise support operations.

We help organizations improve the way they forecast demand, plan capacity, manage schedules, govern vendors, automate workflows, analyze performance, and convert workforce operations into measurable business impact.

Our model goes beyond traditional WFM support. JITWO combines senior operator experience, advanced forecasting, automation, AI-enabled planning methods, data pipeline development, and applied-science-led analytical capability to help leaders improve labour efficiency, service performance, financial visibility, and execution quality.

Our work is designed for contact centre, BPO, technology, customer operations, and large-scale support environments where planning accuracy, labour cost control, operational discipline, and executive visibility materially affect business performance.

JITWO supports capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, reporting, analytics, vendor governance, operational governance, workforce transformation, automation, and WFM data infrastructure. Our team brings practical operating experience together with quantitative, technical, and applied-science capability to solve workforce problems at a higher standard.

We work with enterprise and high-growth organizations that need more than generic WFM administration. Our model brings operator-led execution, structured governance, advanced analytics, and automation to environments where small improvements in planning accuracy, productivity, and workforce control can create significant financial impact.
