A boutique transformation advisory firm specialising in the multifaceted domain of business change and user adoption. With a dedicated focus on ERP SaaS implementations, we bring a wealth of expertise and a personalised approach to every project.

Jiva Solutions is also your expert partner in making skill-based organisations (SBO) a reality. We don’t just consult—we deliver results. Transitioning to an SBO isn’t just a technology upgrade; it’s a profound organisational transformation. With real experience delivering real impact, we’ve guided leading companies like Unilever, Mars, Syngenta, Philip Morris International, and Coca-Cola HBC through complex SBO transformations. Our approach goes beyond systems—we drive a cultural and mindset shift, embedding skill-based thinking into your organisation’s DNA for lasting success. We’ve been there ourselves, so we don’t just talk about transformation—we’ve lived it.

Our experience working on large scale transformation programmes, we quickly realised that organisations were struggling to reap the benefits on their investments. Change Management is often an ‘after thought’ or introduced too late into a programme without being given the necessary mandate to make impact.

We believe that effective Change Management should form the backbone of any project/programme big or small.

This is where Jiva Solutions can make a significant difference. Established in 2010, the company’s main purpose was to help organisations get the most out of their transformation programmes by guiding them through the ‘change journey’.

We tailor our approach and style to meet the dynamic environment of your business. We’ve worked across Public Sector, Financial Services, Media, Professional Services and even the Veterinary sector! Rest assured, we know how to ‘flex’ our style depending on what you, the client, needs.
