Devi Iswarya

Devi Iswarya has a diverse background in HR roles, starting as an HR Intern at Jivox in December 2018. Devi then moved on to become a Senior HR Executive and later a Senior HR Business Partner. Iswarya joined CareerNet Technologies as a Consultant at Level-II in January 2018 before transitioning to Jivox as a Senior Lead HR Business Partner in April 2018. Prior to these roles, Iswarya worked at 3leads Resources as a Recruitment Consultant and later as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, gaining experience in end-to-end recruitment, client management, and team management.

Devi Iswarya completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oxford Degree College, Srikalahasti, from the years 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Development at Sri Kalahasthiswara Institute of Information & Management Sciences, Sri Kalahasthi, from 2013 to 2015.
