Stephen Feroli has extensive experience in inventory management and allocation within the retail sector, currently serving as Sr Director Allocation & Store Planning at J. Jill since December 2012. Prior roles at J. Jill include Director of Allocations, Director of Inventory Forecasting & Pricing, and Sr Manager of Inventory Forecasting and Strategy. Prior to J. Jill, Stephen worked at Christmas Tree Shops as a Merchandise Planner, handling sales and inventory needs for combined Housewares and Food businesses projected at $100 million in annual sales. Earlier experience includes over a decade at Chadwick's of Boston, where Stephen held the position of Director of Inventory Management, managing a team and overseeing an inventory planning process for sales projected at $400 million in 2006. Positions at Chadwick's encompassed Manager of Control Buying, Senior Control Buyer, and Control Buyer, focusing on strategic buying processes utilizing demand and sales data.
