John Kozik

John Kozik has extensive experience in the food and seafood industry, currently serving as an Account Manager at J.J. McDonnell & Co Inc since December 2022, where the company is known for its wide selection of high-quality seafood products. Prior to this role, John worked as a Sales Executive at ProFish Ltd for three years and held various sales positions at Saval Foodservice and Capital Meat Company, the latter being a premier distributor of top-grade meats in the Washington, DC area. Earlier in their career, John was the Managing Partner and Chef at CJS Restaurants, overseeing operations for a waterfront seafood restaurant, and held the positions of Executive Sous Chef at Zola and Executive Chef at Westlawn Inn, where the restaurant received accolades as “Best New Restaurant Maryland 2005.” John's educational background includes an Associates of Occupational Studies from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and studies at Clemson University.
