Strategic Operating Partner for Growth and Exit Value

I work as a Strategic Operating Partner to professional services CEOs and PE firms—executing growth initiatives that keep slipping because operations always win.

For CEOs: I clear your plate with urgent projects, then redirect to what will actually drive growth and firm value—account expansion, positioning, business development systems, AI integration, solution development. Whether kick-starting stalled growth or building toward exit.

For PE firms: Domain expertise for consulting, training, or HR services portfolio companies. Someone who's actually operated in this space and knows what drives results.

How I Work

I don't add to your burden. I start by clearing your plate—execute 2-3 urgent projects that have been slipping. Delivers immediate relief and typically pays back fees in 3-6 months.

Then we redirect based on what I'm seeing inside. Not your original to-do list, but what will actually maximize growth and firm value. Cross-functional work across sales, marketing, solutions, and client management.

The Portfolio Advantage

I bring cross-firm intelligence from 100+ engagements: what's working in account expansion, how buyers select firms, which positioning approaches win, what drives valuations. Industry-level insight your internal team can't access.

Background

25 years in the arena—5x CXO and M&A leader at Deloitte, Hay Group, Miller Heiman, Richardson. 13 M&A transactions. Big wins: doubled firm sizes, more than doubled exit multiples. Hard lessons: launches that missed, growth that stalled. All of it matters now.

Why This Matters

Every CEO has strategic initiatives that would accelerate growth but keep slipping. I've walked in your shoes. I clear your plate, then execute what moves the needle—as extension of your team, not replacement.
