Zachary Rhoad

Zachary Rhoad, P.E., PMP, serves as the Director of Project Management at Jack Lingo Asset Management, specializing in the development of residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate properties. Previously, Zach held the position of Director of Business Excellence and Operational Support at Perdue AgriBusiness, overseeing nearly 50 associates across engineering and operational teams. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Merck Animal Health, Senior Project Engineer at Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals, and Project Engineer at Merck Animal Health. Zach began the professional career as a Project Manager/Engineer at MedImmune, contributing to capital expansion projects, and worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Chesapeake Biological Laboratories. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
