Adam Bernhardt

Adam Bernhardt, CPM, has over two decades of experience in property management across various prestigious firms. Adam held roles such as General Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Director of Property Management at companies including Stream Realty Partners, Hines, and Peloton Commercial Real Estate, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale office towers and overseeing operations, budgeting, and leasing. Currently, as SVP, Group Manager at JLL, Adam leads strategy development over multiple properties, supporting several property managers and overseeing millions of square feet of office space. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing from Midwestern State University.
