Adel Nikocevic

Adel Nikocevic is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in retail and property management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at JLL since January 2022, Adel leads multiple retail projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery through refined workflows and stakeholder alignment. Prior to this role, Adel was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Douglas Elliman Real Estate from October 2018 to 2022, where focus was placed on managing a diverse property portfolio and executing capital improvement projects. Adel's career began at Orsid New York, where, from July 2014 to October 2018, the responsibilities included overseeing high-end residential and mixed-use properties, along with developing crisis management plans. Adel holds a Bachelor's degree from Queens College.
