Ajay Pimpalshende

Ajay Pimpalshende has over a decade of experience in product management and integration within the HR technology sector, notably serving as Senior Director of Product Management at JLL from December 2015 to December 2018. In this role, Ajay focused on ERP Workday HCM and PeopleSoft HRMS, managing payroll integration and compensation planning across the APAC region. Prior experience includes positions as APAC Payroll Integration Manager and Regional Information Technology Manager at JLL, as well as a Senior Business Analyst at 3i Infotech, where Ajay led the implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS for major clients. Earlier experience with Capgemini involved implementing PeopleSoft solutions for telecom and energy sectors in multiple countries. Ajay holds a Post Graduate Certification in Leading Organizations & Change from MIT Sloan Executive Education and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
