Al Williams

Al Williams is the Managing Director at JLL, where they utilize local market intelligence to assist industrial and manufacturing users and investors in the greater Triangle area. With experience as an Associate and Vice President at JLL, they have honed their expertise in negotiating lease terms that align with clients’ fiscal priorities. Al holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and previously served as a Management Trainee and Analyst at WORLDPAC. Outside of work, Al remains active through coaching youth basketball and football and playing golf.
