Alan K. Tse

Alan Tse serves as the Global Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at JLL since June 2018. Previously, Alan held positions as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Petco, and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Churchill Downs, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters for notable events like the Kentucky Derby. Alan's earlier career includes roles as Vice President and General Counsel at LG Electronics MobileComm and Ligos Corporation, as well as Vice President of Strategic Development and General Counsel for Centerpoint Broadband Technologies, Inc. Alan began the legal career as an Associate at Brobeck Phleger and Harrison LLP after earning a JD from Harvard Law School in 1997 and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994.
