Alan Puertas

Alan Puertas, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is a bilingual strategic HR professional with over 12 years of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner at JLL, Alan supports the Project & Development Services group and previously led HR initiatives across multiple regions. Alan has held previous positions at Cargill and BOMBARDIER, where they specialized in employee relations, recruitment, and HR service delivery. Alan earned an MBA from West Texas A&M University and another MBA from Wichita State University, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
