Aleta Baker

Aleta Baker is currently the Senior Manager of Regional Operations at JLL, where they oversee the management and administration of properties, including an industrial park and commercial high-rise. Their career in the commercial real estate industry began in 1999 as a temporary assistant at Jones Lang LaSalle, leading to positions such as Tenant Coordinator and Assistant General Manager. Aleta demonstrated their leadership skills by managing various properties and supervising building staff to ensure exceptional service to tenants. They have been involved in the transition support of numerous regional assignments during their tenure, showcasing their expertise in the field. Aleta continues to enhance their knowledge through ongoing education in real estate fundamentals and business management at the Community College of Philadelphia and the BOMA of Philadelphia RPA designation program.
