Alex Hammerstein

Alex Hammerstein is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Director at JLL since October 2024, following JLL's acquisition of Raise, Alex has also held the position of Managing Director at Raise Commercial Real Estate from October 2021 to October 2024. Prior to this, Alex was Senior Vice President at CBRE, leading the Technology and Media Practice Group from April 2007 to October 2021. Alex's early career includes serving as Principal at CRESA Partners, specializing in tenant representation, and as Senior Advisor at Liberty Greenfield, Denver's first tenant representation real estate company. In addition to these roles, Alex has been an Advisor with the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado since January 2017. Alex holds a degree from the University of Arizona, attended from 1988 to 1992.
