Alexander Leyva

Alexander Leyva has a diverse background in engineering and project management with experience spanning various roles in multiple organizations. Starting as a Research Technician at Undergraduate Investigation, Alexander contributed to analyzing arterial flow rates. As an Assistant Inspector at Rullán Ruiz Group, oversight of a sanitary sewer system project was provided while supervising laborers and conducting technical tests. Positions held at Klein Engineering, PSC, included Project Manager, with responsibilities for managing projects effectively. Alexander served as a Project Specialist at CSA Group, focusing on structural inspections and renovations in schools. Subsequent roles as a CAD Designer with the Puerto Rico National Guard and Project Engineer at Cruybelt Contractor, Inc. further developed Alexander’s expertise. In a senior capacity at JLL, various managerial roles were held, including Senior Facilities Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager. Alexander holds a degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
