Alexandra Bright is currently an Associate Director within the Development Consultancy Team at JLL, where they provide sustainable development advice to both private and public sector clients. With experience in valuation and commercial/residential capital markets, Alexandra specializes in complex property development and investment projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions. Previously, Alexandra worked as a Senior Surveyor at CBRE, handling buy and sell-side residential funding and investment transactions. They began their career at JLL and became a Chartered Surveyor in October 2016, gaining membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and serving as an RICS Registered Valuer. Alexandra holds a BA(Hons) in Town and Country Planning and an MSc in Real Estate Development from The University of Manchester.
