Allison Block

Allison Block possesses extensive experience in both bakery management and facilities coordination. From March 2011 to October 2018, Allison served as Bakery Manager at Breakaway Bakery, overseeing a team of four bakers and managing daily operations and production of baked goods. Since October 2018, Allison has been working as a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, demonstrating strong attention to detail while managing 120,000 square feet of building space, vendor relations, and daily operational needs. The educational background includes a Diploma in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, obtained in 2011.
