Allison Teska

Allison Teska, MBA, is a creative and dynamic professional with extensive experience in driving corporate communications strategy across various sectors. They have successfully built and led the first Communications department in their organization's 60-year history, focusing on executive messaging and employee communications. Having authored significant content and coordinated numerous high-impact campaigns, they achieved remarkable increases in engagement metrics. Currently, Allison serves as the Director of Corporate Communications at JLL, where they continue to excel in strategic storytelling and employee communication. They hold both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA with a leadership emphasis from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.
