Amber Schiada has an extensive career in real estate research and consulting, beginning with internships at Rosen Consulting Group and Lend Lease Rosen from 2001 to 2005. Amber then progressed to a Client Service Associate at Rosen Real Estate Securities from January 2005 to January 2011 and continued at Rosen Consulting Group as an Associate until April 2011. At JLL, Amber has held various roles since April 2011, including Senior Research Analyst, Research Manager, Senior Director of Research and Strategy for California, Senior Director of Industry Insights and Advisory, and Vice President, Director of Research. Currently serving as Head of Americas Work Dynamics Research at JLL since January 2022, Amber leads research initiatives that provide crucial insights for commercial real estate stakeholders. Amber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2005.
