Amit Dey

Amit Dey is a seasoned professional in Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) with extensive experience managing HR operations and delivery support across several prominent companies. Beginning with Exult Client Services as a Process Associate, Amit progressed to roles at Hewitt Associates and Accenture, overseeing HR activities for multiple US clients, including payroll and employee data management. At Capgemini, responsibilities included executing governance plans and managing process validation for the full employee lifecycle.
