Ana Gorriti is the Inclusive Design Lead at JLL, where they lead the development of inclusive built environment solutions globally. With over 20 years of experience in workplace strategy and design, they have assessed more than 1.2 million square meters of office space across over 35 countries, establishing JLL's Inclusive Design capability from the ground up. Ana's background in architecture combined with their strategic consulting expertise enables them to create holistic approaches that foster inclusion in physical environments. They contribute to industry knowledge as a speaker and collaborator, focusing on neurodiversity and diverse communities.
