Andrew Gray

Andrew Gray is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in equity placement and structured debt transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director at JLL since January 2020, Andrew specializes in joint venture equity, recapitalizations, construction finance, preferred equity, and mezzanine debt. Prior to JLL, Andrew worked at HFF from May 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included joint venture and equity placement activities, capital markets analyses, and marketing processes. Andrew began a career at Hillwood from June 2012 to May 2016, supporting executive leadership in capital markets initiatives and fundraising for real estate investment vehicles. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, obtained in 2012.
